Leddy Electric is a union electrical company located in Greenville, Rhode Island. Incorporated in 1982, by its Founder and President, Thomas F. Leddy. Tom has worked as an electrician and as an established union contractor for over 30 years. We, at Leddy Electric, handle a wide variety of Commercial and Industrial Jobs. Our electricians are trained at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) located in Cranston, Rhode Island. We have qualified, trained electricians and apprentices licensed in the state of Rhode Island. All apprentices must go through an apprenticeship
training program that includes five years for electrical apprentices
and three years for telecommunication apprentices. There are many
aspects of training, including code review, hands-on training, OSHA
certification, EIT/TIA Standards, First-Aid & CPR. After completion,
all graduates are fully prepared for all tests required for licensing
in Rhode Island.
